Our gracious friends, Gloria and Kevin, who let us have our wedding on their ranch had a local contact for two guys who were known for making killer pork roast. They had arrived early that morning and prepped for the fixings.
The pork had been roasting low and slow for several hours, and it was
finally time to feast. With classic rock music playing in the
background, our guests were invited to eat. We had a buffet style reception and the party lined up to eat some good grub! We served roasted pork, pasta salad, coleslaw, baked beans and fresh rolls.
Bride and Groom had the honor of breaking into the delicious spread! And boy the bbq food did not disappoint!

We found our seats and visited with loved ones. The weather couldn't have been more perfect - mid-70s with a slight breeze. The sun was shining and we laughed and shared stories, enjoying family, making new friendships and being reacquainted with old ones.
